Jack Keane

Jack Keane is a health care consultant at MidAtlantic Consulting. His areas of expertise include health care payment policy and methods, health care data analyses, and payment negotiations involving health care providers, health plans, and other purchasers. Keane served as a senior official in the hospital rate setting programs in Massachusetts and Maryland and cofounded a company that built PPO plans in 60 markets throughout the U.S. As commissioner of Maryland’s Health Services Cost Review Commission, he helped design the “Maryland Total Cost of Care Model,” for the entire continuum of care for all hospitals, including physician practices.
