Jason Levitis

Jason Levitis, J.D., is principal at Levitis Strategies LLC, where he provides strategic advice on health care–related tax provisions, state innovation waivers, tax administration, and regulatory process. Mr. Levitis is also a Nonresident Fellow with the USC-Brookings Schaeffer Initiative for Health Policy. His research there has addressed section 1332 state innovation waivers, health reimbursement arrangements, and state individual mandates, among other topics. Additionally, he is a Senior Fellow (Nonresident) and Distinguished Visiting Scholar at the Solomon Center for Health Law and Policy at Yale Law School. Mr. Levitis earned his law degree from Yale Law School.
