Jessica Fields is a program manager at the Center for Vulnerable Populations. She is helping create a structure to foster collaboration and greater visibility for health equity work across UCSF, and manages a population health initiative to map chronic disease data linked with neighborhood-level factors to identify patterns and inform more precise public health interventions across the Bay Area and California.
