Julian Drix, M.P.H., leads Human Impact Partners’ Bridging Program, which builds partnerships and supports inside-outside strategies between public health agencies and community power-building organizations. Drix was first introduced to public health through climate and environmental justice movement work around diesel air pollution and toxic sites. He worked for nearly a decade in governmental public health on asthma, air quality, and housing, and served in a health equity leadership role in Rhode Island’s COVID-19 response. Drix earned an M.P.H. from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health through the American Health Initiative fellowship.
