Julianne McGarry, M.P.P., is director of Projects and Research at Catalyst for Payment Reform. She has 20 years in health care strategy, program development, and execution; expertise in payment reform, network and benefit design, quality, efficiency, and program evaluation. Prior to Catalyst, Ms. McGarry held positions with Anthem and Kaiser Permanente. She has an M.P.P. from the University of California, Berkeley.
