Leslie Y. Kwan is a former program associate for fellowships and research in the International Program in Health Policy and Innovation. Ms. Kwan joined the Fund in July 2008 in a new position in which she had lead administrative responsibility for the Australian-American Health Policy Fellowships, including marketing, monitoring current Fellows, tracking the program’s impact, and coordinating the Packer Selection Committee. She provided support for the Harkness Fellowship programs and all International Health Policy and Practice (IHP) meetings. In addition, Ms. Kwan coordinated the IHP Case Studies publication series and provided administrative and research support to the IHP team. Ms. Kwan came to the Fund from Kelleher and Dunne LLP where she worked as a paralegal since June 2007. Prior to that, Ms. Kwan was a Fulbright teaching assistant for one year teaching English as a foreign language outside of Paris. She graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Anthropology and French from New York University in May 2006.
