Robert P. Saldin, Ph.D., is a professor of political science and director of the Mansfield Center’s Ethics and Public Affairs Program at the University of Montana. He is also a senior fellow at the Niskanen Cener in Washington, D.C. Previously he was a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Scholar in Health Policy Research at Harvard University. Saldin earned a Ph.D. in political science from the University of Virginia.
