Samantha Rosman

Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician, Rwanda Human Resources for Health

Samantha Rosman, M.D., is currently a pediatric emergency medicine physician with the Rwanda Human Resources for Health and a pediatric emergency-medicine attending-physician at Boston Children’s Hospital. Dr. Rosman is dedicated to fighting for justice in health care, and seeks to make an impact in public health and health policy. As a board member of the American Medical Association, she helped to steer their focus to patient access to high-quality care. She was a cofounder and chair of the Columbia Student Medical Outreach Primary Care Center, a medical home in the Washington Heights neighborhood of New York City.

Dr. Rosman received her medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City in 2004. She completed her residency in pediatrics at the Boston Combined Residency Program in Pediatrics at Children’s Hospital Boston and Boston Medical Center in 2007.
