The latest episode of CUNY-TV's Talking Health series, which explores health care policies and practices in the U.S., explains how the health insurance provisions in the reform law will work. Gilliam is joined by Danielle Holahan, deputy director of the New York State Health Benefit Exchange, who answers questions about how individuals and small businesses will be able to buy affordable and high-quality health benefit plans in a transparent and competitive insurance marketplace.
