Planned activities under this phase 3 grant include a multipronged communications strategy to spread the actionable strategies documented in the PCI (Primary Care Innovation) toolkit to Medicaid officials in all states. Project staff also will offer technical assistance to officials in four states to help them leverage Medicaid managed care to promote equity in health care. Approaches taken and lessons learned will be incorporated into the PCI toolkit.
