To understand how current and emerging health reforms and cost trends may affect the employer-sponsored insurance market, Dr. Fronstin and his team will check in with employers through one-on-one video interviews with more than two dozen human resource executives and short, online surveys to collect firm-specific data. The team will draw a sample of large employers and benefits consultants from a broad array of industries through the EBRI membership and the American Benefits Council.
