The project will support upcoming National Academy of Medicine (NAM) Leadership Consortium workshops, meetings, and publications on four specific topics: 1) Health System Financing That Rewards Results: A Roadmap for Moving from Fee‐For‐Service to Fee‐For‐Value and Population Health; 2) Community Health Needs Assessments: Principles & Practices; 3) Technologies to Enhance Person, Family, and Community Activation; and 4) Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning. NAM will disseminate the publications through their 27,000 subscribers and will hold press events as appropriate.
