SSRS will collect data from an additional 500 low-income adults in the U.S. Roughly 75 percent of the interviews will be completed through address-based sampling and 25 percent through random-digital dialing. This sampling will yield large enough samples of low-income Black, Latino, and white adults. For the Vulnerable Population program area, in addition to analyzing care coordination and management of chronic conditions and other key measures in the survey, we will be using these data to assess gaps in the receipt of needed behavioral, mental health, and social services among low-income Black, Latino, and white adults. The results will further inform the Fund’s future direction on how best to improve care for vulnerable populations in low-resourced communities.
