The 2016 Commonwealth Fund Top 10

<p>As expected, the presidential election dominated the headlines—and The Commonwealth Fund’s website—in 2016. Among our most-read web pages were RAND analyses estimating the impact of now President-elect Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton’s health care proposals. </p><p>Also popular was <em>The Playbook: Better Care for People with Complex Needs</em>, a new digital resource developed by a coalition of foundations in partnership with the Institute for Healthcare Improvement to improve understanding of high-need patients and highlight promising care approaches. As always, our health system performance scorecard—this one examining local communities—made the top 10. And so did our most recent international survey, which showed that despite marked improvement in access to care, the U.S. has farther to go to catch up with its peers.</p>
