Apply for a Minority Health Policy Fellowship
<p>The Commonwealth Fund/Harvard University Fellowships in Minority Health Policy are now open to applicants for the 2011–12 fellowship year. This unique fellowship is designed to prepare physicians for leadership roles in formulating and promoting health policies and practices that improve access to high-quality care for minority and other disadvantaged populations. </p>
<p>Based at Harvard Medical School under the direction of Joan Reede, M.D., M.P.H., M.S., M.B.A., the dean for diversity and community partnership, the year-long Minority Health Policy Fellowship offers intensive study in health policy, public health, and management. Fellows also participate in leadership forums and seminars with nationally recognized leaders in minority health and public policy. Under the program, fellows complete academic work leading to a master of public health degree at the Harvard School of Public Health.</p>
