<p>By any measure, health care has been one of 2017’s biggest issues, with Affordable Care Act repeal-and-replace efforts dominating the headlines — as well as the Commonwealth Fund’s web and social media output. Our projections for the repeal bills’ impact on jobs, state economies, and Medicaid were among our most-read pages of the year.</p><p>There was also plenty of interest in our international health care comparisons, as we detailed the continued need for U.S. improvement and lessons to be learned from our peers abroad. Also popular were our State Scorecard and Health System Data Center, which allowed users to see changes in health system performance over time and highlighted areas where improvement is needed. </p>
