Join the State Health Research and Policy Interest Group Meeting on June 7
<p>With less than three weeks until <a href="http://www.academyhealth.org/interestgroups/shrp/2008.htm">AcademyHealt… State Health Research and Policy Interest Group</a> meeting on Saturday, June 7, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., registration space is filling quickly. Join your colleagues to hear presentations and research regarding the latest efforts to improve state health policy, including expanding access to care and improving quality of care delivered.<br><br>The meeting will feature updates on health reform in Massachusetts and Medicaid reform in Florida, a review of telephone surveys as a mechanism to capture insurance coverage, an evaluation of medical homes for Medicaid-enrolled children in Minnesota, and an analysis of the role of insurance continuity in diabetes preventative care in Oregon's Federally Qualified Health Centers.<br><br>This year, the meeting goes beyond presentations to engage the audience in interactive, roundtable discussions with a focus on learning from, and with, your peers. The daylong meeting will be held at the Marriott Wardman Park in Washington, D.C., in conjunction with AcademyHealth's Annual Research Meeting.
