Join a Webinar on New CHIP Implementation Choices
<p>Join a webinar on Tuesday, September 15, at 2 p.m., E.D.T., to hear speakers outline the key features of the Children's Health Insurance Program Reauthorization Act (CHIPRA) of 2009 and provide implementation guidance so that the new policy can successfully strengthen outreach and enrollment of eligible children, as well as quality of care. The webinar is cosponsored by the National Academy for State Health Policy (NASHP), the Association of Maternal and Child Health Programs, and the National Initiative for Children's Healthcare Quality. </p>
<p>The event will feature Lisa Simpson, director of the Child Policy Research Center at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center and the lead author of a new Commonwealth Fund report on CHIPRA implementation, and coauthor Jocelyn Guyer, co-executive director of the Georgetown Center for Children and Families, along with <br />Catherine Hess, senior program director at NASHP. </p>
