Please join the National Academy for State Health Policy (NASHP) and the Patient-Centered Primary Care Collaborative for a free online seminar, "State Roles in Multi-Payer Medical Home Pilots."<br><br>The third in a series of Commonwealth Fund-supported Web seminars, this program will provide an overview of existing pilot programs, covering the defining characteristics of these pilots, including reimbursement methodologies, how transformation into medical homes is being supported at the practice level, and states' role in these efforts.<Br><br>The Web seminar will be held on Wednesday, November 12th, from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., E.T.
