In a new series of blog posts, Cindy Mann and Deborah Bachrach of Manatt Health Solutions examine Medicaid’s transformation and consider its role in the new coverage paradigm established by the Affordable Care Act.</p><p>The authors trace changes in eligibility rules and processes over time and examine state policy proposals that might impede progress in coverage.</p>
