Modest Premium Changes Ahead in Marketplaces in Washington State and Maryland

On November 15, the Affordable Care Act’s health insurance marketplaces will open for enrollment in coverage for 2015. In the <a href="/blog/2014/modest-premium-changes-ahead-health-insurance-marketplaces-washington-state-and-maryland">second blog post</a> in a series about marketplace health plan premiums, Jon Gabel and colleagues at NORC at the University of Chicago report on premium changes for individual insurance plans in Washington and Maryland, among the first two states to post final rates for marketplace plans. <br /><br />
