Last September, the AARP Public Policy Institute, The Commonwealth Fund, and The SCAN Foundation released the first-ever State Scorecard on Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), which ranked states' LTSS systems. A new set of AARP case studies reveals what factors distinguished states that performed well on the Scorecard from lower-ranked states.

The new case studies, as well as the full Scorecard report and state-specific data, are available for downloading at </a>. Also available on The Commonwealth Fund Blog is a post by AARP's Susan C. Reinhard, Ph.D., and Enid Kassner, M.S.W., highlighting findings from the case studies.
