With support from The Commonwealth Fund, NORC at the University of Chicago is building a state-by-state database of health insurance plans offered in the Affordable Care Act’s marketplaces, featuring data on premiums, deductibles, out-of-pocket limits, and other benefit design elements. In a series of blog posts and an interactive map, Jon Gabel, Heidi Whitmore, and colleagues are reporting final information for 2015 health plans as it becomes available.

The Commonwealth Fund has published the fourth blog post in the series, which reviews 2015 premiums and benefit changes in the District of Columbia, Nevada, and Rhode Island.
