Since 2003, The Commonwealth Fund has issued an annual year-end list of the top health policy stories of the previous 12 months. This year, we're partnering with Health Affairs, the prestigious health policy journal, to develop and distribute the list. And we're trying something else new: asking you, the health policy community, to help us pick the major stories of the year.

So please take a few moments to look over the stories listed in our online survey tool and pick the five you consider the most important of the past year. Feel free to add any that we might have missed.

Fund staff and the editors of Health Affairs will tally the top vote-getters and report them back to you in the next couple of weeks.

Please note: e-mail invitations to participate in this survey are being sent by both the Fund and Health Affairs, but respondents only will be able to vote once. Questions? Contact us at [email protected].</p>
