Aaron Schwartz is a second-year graduate student in the Ph.D. program in Health Policy (economics track) at the Institute for Quantitative Social Science, Harvard University Kennedy School of Government. He hopes to explore a broad set of research interests, including payment system design, quality of care, medical education, and behavioral economics. Mr. Schwartz graduated from Swarthmore College in 2009 with a B.A. in Economics and Biology. During college, he studied public health efforts against sickle cell disease in Ghana and produced a public radio documentary on the subject. He was a Summer Undergraduate Minority Research Scholar at the University of Pennsylvania's Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics.
