Alexander D. McCourt, J.D., Ph.D., M.P.H., is an assistant professor in the Department of Health Policy and Management at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. He also serves as assistant director of the Center for Law and the Public’s Health. McCourt received a Ph.D. in health and public policy from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, a J.D. from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, and an M.P.H. in epidemiology from the University of Arizona Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health.
