Clifford M. Marks

Clifford M. Marks is a medical student at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to that, he served as a health care researcher at the Institute for Strategy and Competitiveness at Harvard Business School, where he focused on issues related to health outcomes measurement and value-based reimbursement. Before pursuing a career in health policy and medicine, he worked as a journalist, primarily as a staff reporter at National Journal, a politics and public policy publication in Washington, D.C. He holds a bachelor's degree with honors in economics from Harvard College, where he also served as managing editor of The Harvard Crimson. He is a native of Bethesda, Maryland.
