Gloria N. Eldridge

Gloria N. Eldridge, Ph.D., is the associate director of data and research at the Institute of Medicaid Innovation (IMI). She has extensive experience in the health insurance industry, working in it for nearly 10 years. In her current role she oversees the Medicaid managed care organization and redetermination surveys. Her career has spanned from multinational corporations to start-up companies and from corporate advocacy to government, think tanks, and academia. Earlier in her career, Eldridge worked with Quintiles Transnational on pharmaceutical economics for small-cell lung cancer and ovarian cancer. In her employment at the World Health Organization, she led diplomacy, project organization, and data collection in pharmaceutical financing and reimbursement in 55 countries throughout Europe and Eurasia.
