Heather Britt

Heather Britt, M.A., is a principal research scientist working in the health care evaluation and international programs at NORC. She has more than 20 years of experience in evaluation, technical assistance, and capacity building in international development. Ms. Britt is a leader in the development and implementation of innovative solutions for monitoring and evaluation challenges. Based in the Middle East for 12 years, she has worked with a wide variety of organizations, including USAID, international nongovernmental organizations, foundations, and intergovernmental and community-based organizations. Ms. Britt has an M.A. in sociology from Boston College, a B.A. in Asian studies from the University of Texas at Austin, and a certificate in advanced studies in evaluation from Claremont Graduate University.
