Katherine D. Vickery, M.D., M.Sc., is a primary care physician-investigator with Hennepin Healthcare (Minnesota’s largest safety-net health system) and Hennepin County Health Care for the Homeless. She is an assistant professor at the University of Minnesota Medical School. She studies health care delivery models that address the psychosocial needs of low-income patients with chronic disease, many of whom are homeless.
