Lea Tompsett, M.B.A., M.A.L.D., is a former vice president at Health Leads, where she supported providers nationally to integrate support for social needs. She is now a vice president at Aledade, supporting primary care–led ACOs to be successful under value-based care. Tompsett holds an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and an M.A.L.D. (Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy) from the Fletcher School at Tufts University.
