Maria Gaden is head of department at the Center for Sustainable Hospitals, a hub for hospitals in the Central Denmark region that supports the green transition of hospitals. Gaden’s expertise comes from 10 years of clinical experience as a midwife, a diploma in clinical supervision, and an international master’s degree in Leadership and Innovation in Complex Systems (LAICS). She is a board member of Health Care Without Harm Europe.
