Therese Wetterman, M.P.H., is a former director at Health Leads, where she led the development and delivery of shared learning opportunities for practitioners to support the adoption and spread of innovative partnerships among health systems and community partners to advance health equity. She is now a director at Aledade, supporting primary care–led ACOs to be successful under value-based care. Wetterman holds an M.P.H. from Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health.
