Thanks to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services' Financial Alignment Initiative, states have an unprecedented opportunity to enhance the quality and cost-effectiveness of care and services for people who are dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid. Through ongoing support from The Commonwealth Fund and The SCAN Foundation, the Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS) has worked closely with states to help them shape these programs. A 90-minute CHCS webinar will highlight state progress and provide on-the-ground perspectives from three of the first states to launch demonstrations.
