A new Commonwealth Fund–supported brief, developed by the Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS), outlines promising strategies for engaging Medicare–Medicaid enrollees with complex medical, behavioral health, and social service needs. The approaches come from organizations participating in PRIDE (PRomoting Integrated Care for Dual Eligibles), a project to advance health plan strategies for providing high-quality, cost-effective care to dual eligibles.
