A new Commonwealth Fund–supported study (BMC Pulmonary Medicine, Feb. 2015) by John Wiecha, M.D., of Boston University School of Medicine reports that use of a web-based asthma self-management tool improved pediatric patients’ knowledge of their disease and use of medications, compared with a control group.
