The Canadian government announced in March that The Canadian Institute of Health Research e-Health Innovation Partnership Program will oversee $13.8 million in research funding for 22 innovative projects. The projects are expected to help patients become partners in their own care, improve outcomes, and accelerate innovation in health care and health IT. The 22 projects will focus on youth mental health and seniors with complex care needs who are living at home.
