In a new blog post published in Health Affairs, Penny Hollander Feldman, senior vice president for research and evaluation at the Visiting Nurse Service of New York, describes the PRIDE initiative, a peer-to-peer learning collaborative involving seven health plans that provide care for "dual eligibles," or beneficiaries of both Medicare and Medicaid. Members of the PRIDE (Promoting Integrated Care for Dual Eligibles) collaborative, which is supported by The Commonwealth Fund, are piloting new care models, sharing lessons learned, and disseminating their findings.
