The Center for Effective Philanthropy profiled The Commonwealth Fund in a new research paper examining the keys to employee satisfaction. The study is based on survey results from 30 foundations that have commissioned "staff perception reports" since 2007 and includes interviews with Commonwealth Fund president Karen Davis, John Craig, executive vice president and chief operating officer, and Diana Davenport, vice president for administration.
