In order to pilot the idea of creating a new Policy Scholars Program, to build on and expand the existing Spotlight Health scholars program, the Aspen Institute proposes to invite two “policy scholars” to attend Spotlight Health 2017 and participate in all special programming for the regular Spotlight Health scholars. The policy scholars will also attend a private dinner hosted by the Fund, featuring Spotlight Health speakers and other conference attendees, to foster a policy-focused discussion to supplement and enhance the existing Spotlight Health programming. The two policy scholars will be hand selected by the Fund and Aspen.
