Tracy Garber, M.P.H., is senior analyst at Manatt Health Solutions. Previously, she was senior policy associate for The Commonwealth Fund's program on Health Care Coverage and Access. In this role, she provided tracking and analysis of health reform implementation at the state and national level, research support for grant development, analysis of Fund-sponsored surveys, and grant and general administrative support. Before joining the Fund in July 2010, Ms. Garber worked for the Hamilton-Madison House in lower Manhattan, a settlement house on Manhattan's Lower East Side where she was the development assistant and volunteer coordinator. She received her B.A. from the University of Delaware with a double major in Women's Studies and English and a double minor in Economics and History, and her M.P.H. from the CUNY School of Public Health at Hunter College.
